Home Cafe: University Drive-Thru
We are highlighting Priscilla Pina, an exceptional barista at our University location. Priscilla started her journey with Foxtail in February 2021, she appreciated the café environment and wanted to work for the company. Priscilla, originally from Boca Raton, Florida, moved to Orlando to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Film at the University of Central Florida. Priscilla’s passion for film lies in the animation department, specifically writing and directing for animation. In fact, Priscilla’s hobbies include drawing, writing, and watching animations, her favorite being Disney’s “The Little Mermaid.”
After graduation, Priscilla is considering a Master’s degree and wants to focus on learning how to animate and master her craft. Her goals in life include learning how to film, making her own cartoon show, and traveling to meet new people from around the world.
Priscilla is one of our most supportive baristas, she always focuses on the task at hand while providing a positive attitude. Her favorite drink is an iced oat milk matcha latte with lavender.
During the pandemic, Priscilla was unable to talk to many people and through this realized how much of a social butterfly she truly was. Priscilla learned how much she values conversations with different types of people, and it’s this warm and friendly attitude that can impact the lives of those around her, including fellow Foxtail staff and customers. Her contagious positivity is one of many reasons we would like to highlight Priscilla and her hard work.
